Annonymous Narcotic

I’m going to be completely honest.

I have absolutely no memory of what happened between 9:20am (when I got my IV and Dr. Hunter said I was his easiest procedure today) and 1:30pm this afternoon (where I woke up on the couch watching Just Shoot Me!.

According to my mom, after the 30 minute procedure I was laughing about everything and having conversations no one could understand (partly due to my mouth being loaded with gauze). More than anything, I kept asking what time it was every three minutes (to which my dad would respond “It’s still Friday”).

And somehow there’s a huge splat of what looks like bloody spit on the crotch of my jeans. (Insert menstration and/or VD jokes here.)

Surprisingly, I’m actually feeling pretty lucid and not terrible. I’m on a mix of Norco (generic Vicodin) and Celebrex, so I’m not in much pain at all. Feeling pretty pleasant actually. My only really issue is a slightly bleeding mouth.

I’ll be spending all weekend here with nothing to do but surf the Internette and play videogames (and working on my Drawing sketchbook), so if you don’t mind me periodically spitting blood, feel free to visit!
